Job roles
This is a call centre role, not a patient-facing role NHS 111 is aa telephone service which is available 24/7 to patients with urgent healthcare needs; providing assessment and clinical advice by telephone Working on the telephone providing clinical triage and community care/family centred/first assessment Clinical queue management, including signposting patients to alternative healthcare providers such as attending an Emergency Department, visiting a pharmacy or speaking to a General Practitioners
